Solo descomprimen les quedara dos directorios 32 y 64 bits, cada uno corresponde dependiendo a el sistema en sus equipos, el .dll lo agregan en archivos_de_programas/adobe/photoshop_o_el_q_quieras_activar/   allí pegas el dll le das reemplazar y listo( por seguridad saca una copia del archivo a reemplazar ), con esto ya si iniciamos el programa no nos pondrá el mensaje de programa en prueba.
